We chose it because the menu looked appropriate for a fancy night out and they had good vegetarian and gluten free choices.
We had the beet carpaccio as an appetizer, it was elegant and delicious.
I had the filet and shrimp, my wife had the Coliflor Almendara with grilled squash. It was great.
The dessert was so worth it, bit of a bananas Foster riff, flambéed at the table.
Our total was about $175 USD but you could spend way less, it was a special occasion so we said yes to everything. Multiple cocktails, wine, coffee, you get the idea.

(Prime rib eye steak marinated with special Mochomos sauce). My wife had Salmón Hojaldre (150g):
(Salmon served on a crispy bed of puff pastry gratinated with cheese, accom panied by creamy spinach).
Entertainment Thursday through Sunday was arial performances including fire and arial dancing.

Music, lights, acrobats and a fire show on Thursday night. Exceptional service and show!
