The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared and presented.
What truly made the evening unforgettable, though, was David’s service. His energy was phenomenal — attentive, genuine, and full of personality in the best way. He struck that rare balance of being professional while also making us feel completely at ease. You could tell he genuinely cares about the experience his guests have.
Honestly, I can’t imagine our final night in the city without him as our server. David made it special, and we’re incredibly grateful. Highly recommend Ariadna — and if you’re lucky enough to have David, you’re in for a great night.

Squid ink risotto had a strong cheese taste and the octopus was too chewy. Tiramisu is decent, the taste of biscotti is stronger than the coffee/alcohol, best to share it as it’s quite a big option. Hibiscus drink was decent but a little too sweet.
Beautiful surroundings are matched by beautiful dishes - beautiful to behold and also delicious to eat! The service was impeccable, too. A not-to-be-missed dining experience for anyone in Mérida.

I love this place but 2 out of the 3 times we had dinner here I became violently ill. The potato’s tasted like instant and the meat looked questionable. I found myself regretting our choice as I was so sick all night after a very fowl meal. Not going back. Wouldn’t recommend.
Love this place but would not eat or drink here ever again not even for free and it is not cheap. It’s as if they changed their quality of food and are not the same.
Atmosphere is off the charts but never eating here again.
