The bone marrow was so delicious especially for our first time trying! Shoutout to our server who we unfortunately forgot his name but he was previously living in New Jersey!! He was amazing!! Had great suggestions for Tulum and NJ! Definitely a must try when in Tulum!!

Fire roasted chicken that was savoury and succulent. Rib eye steak grilled to perfection. Can’t even describe how delicious our meals were. This was our second visit to this restaurant. I would definitely recommend!

I’m writing this review not for other guests, but in the hope it reaches the restaurant’s management.

You have built a genuinely pleasant place - the atmosphere is excellent, the service is warm and professional, and the team clearly tries hard (the hostess was super nice and friendly, the waiter was also very gentle and polite, so 5 stars for atmosphere and service; Unfortunately, the kitchen is far below the level that the space, and overall concept promise.
We have ordered several dishes, and 4 of 5 dishes were very disappointing (baked cheese was good btw)
1) Salad with yogurt
I ordered the salad with yogurt and what arrived looked like a supermarket salad mix with halved, bland cherry tomatoes and a bottled yogurt dressing. It felt like: open a bag, pour sauce from a bottle, serve. A restaurant should offer something beyond minimally assembled store-bought ingredients.
2) “Argentinian chorizo”
The “Argentinian chorizo” was essentially a fried supermarket sausage. I recently bought very similar packaged sausages locally for around 200 pesos. As a side, it came with the exact same supermarket salad mix used in the salad dish, which honestly felt almost like a joke. The “sauce” was just a few drops and tasted like standard bottled Heinz sauce. The scheme looked the same as with salad: buy everything in supermarket, warm it up and serve.
3) Marble beef burger
The burger advertised as a marble beef patty was clearly an industrial, packaged patty - low to mid quality at best. The taste and texture were closer to a frozen semi-finished product than restaurant food. The overall style reminded me of tourist-trap places where dishes aren’t cooked properly on-site, but assembled from cheap pre-made components.
Even the fries were dry and overcooked/burnt.
What makes this more disappointing is that in Tulum-whether places are expensive or affordable-most restaurants still cook with care and pride, and the price difference usually reflects ingredient quality and concept, not whether the food is genuinely “restaurant-made.” In your case, it feels like a lot of heart and investment went into the venue and service, but the kitchen is being run with a “tourist trap” mindset (the kind you might find in places like Playa del Carmen or mass-tourism resort areas), and it’s seriously damaging the overall experience.
I strongly encourage management to conduct a careful audit of what is happening in the kitchen, what ingredients are being used, and who is making those decisions. Often owners don’t realize there is a problem because they don’t receive honest feedback.
I hope this comment is taken in the constructive spirit intended, because the place has real potential-but the food quality currently does not match it.
